Ankara Kaldırımbaşı SPP
AKASYA ENERJİ LTD.ŞTİ. association of MAY GRUP, Our Ankara / Nallıhan KALDIRIMBAŞI-3 SPP project with an energy capacity of 1193 KWh was commissioned in February 2018. By producing 1.85 million kWh of energy annually, it prevented 800 tons of CO2 emission. The facility, which meets the electricity needs of approximately 1700 households, has been the first engine of MAY GROUP’s investments.

Şanlıurfa Biomass Power Plant
Our power plant established in Şanlıurfa with the MAY GROUP affiliate BİOPİR ENERJİ ÜRETİM LTD.ŞTİ has an installed power of 3,285 mWm / 3,192 mWe. The Biomass Power Plant, which aims to generate energy from agricultural wastes with pyrolysis technology, will produce 22.3 million kWh of energy annually. In addition to the energy produced, it plans to produce 5.000 tons of carbon black annually.
The project will create a significant personnel employment in the region, and it is supported by both the support to the farmer and the wastes collected after the harvest from the field.
